TEAMBUILDING – 

Teambuilding activities are essential in bringing teens together to accomplish a common goal.  This is key and vital to help in the development of kids/teens to improve the following skills, problem solving, communication, cooperation, listening, self- esteem, idea exchange, working with others and different groups, leadership and creative thinking.

The boot camp will have an official brief opening ceremony where participants will be taken through what the whole project entails and familiarization of rules and regulations.  Upon completion a brief closing ceremony will be conducted (pass out) in the presence of parents, family or guardians.  Grandaunts will be awarded with certificates for having successfully participated in the program and they will be eligible to join level two.

WATER SPORT ACTIVITIES

Most of the water sport activities are executed by individuals themselves, hence they are vital in helping to bring confidence in an individual and drive away fear and in most cases it helps to create an attitude of self-belief.

GROUND ACTIVITIES

Teambuilding – here numerous fun and educative activities are performed depending on what is to be achieved but essentially they help improve communication, coordination, trust, responsibility, leadership and most importantly results.

INDOOR ACTIVITIES

It’s at this stage that qualified facilitators will take the group through motivational talks and mentorship.  All this in an effort to help inculcate leadership, discipline and groom them to be better persons.  These sessions will be made very short and entertaining.

NATURE WALKS

This will provide an opportunity for the kids/teens to interact with the flora and fauna, learn what mature has to offer. The experience is revitalizing and helps them to relax their minds.

BONFIRE

As part of an activity to windup the day the group will also enjoy the bonfire at night.   Apart from keeping warm, it’s at this stage that individuals can share their experiences so far, story tell and most importantly the facilitators will be able to get FEEDBACK and be able to gauge the whole program.

NOTE: ALL ACTIVITIES ARE DONE AND GUIDED, UNDER THE KEEN SUPERVISION OF OUR HIGHLY QUALIFIED STAFF AND FACILITATION
