21st century life places complex demands on graduates looking for work – so enabling students to become self-confident, skilled and career-ready learners must be an integral part of their education. Caplora Career Prep program is committed to preparing teens for their futures as soon as possible. Our goal is to provide high school students with the skills and resources necessary to be successful in their chosen career—regardless of whether they go directly into the workforce or University.

Students can choose from  4  pathways to launch in high-demand career fields.

So whether your teen wants to become software engineer, a doctor or a engineer—we have career-focused electives, work-based learning opportunities, and industry-recognized certification exam prep to get them ready for life after high school.

CAREER PREP PATHWAYS
CURRICULUM

Caplora’s educational design is focused on making connections
between the classroom and the workplace by integrating
career-focused curricula and projects into the traditional
high school experience, coupled with opportunities for realworld application. Through a series of coursework, together
with a progressive continuum of activities designed to build
awareness, enable exploration, and finally prepare students
for future studies and career paths, Caplora students gain the
skills and knowledge needed to make informed choices and
be successful in their future careers


EXPLORATION
LEVEL

Awareness lessons focus on University and career awareness for students in 9th and 10th grade. These lessons introduce students to study skills, successful academic habits, and provide general guidance for researching college and career options. Students are introduced to Career pathways and learn how to develop a personalized college and career readiness plan that will be used throughout their experience as an academy student. Students form an understanding of academic success’s connection to industry

TECHNICIAN
LEVEL

We provides rigorous, career-themed curricula that incorporate current industry standards and practices, project-based learning, and performance-based assessment. We go beyond classroom boundaries by exposing students to real-world skills in career-themed industries through Virtual courses
Students acquire essential workplace skills and 21st-century competencies to be future-ready

APPRENTICE LEVEL

Students in year 11 and 12 join apprenticeship programs to learn on-the job skills by working at a business of their chosen career cluster.This allows them to apply technical knowledge to the real world of work.The businesses provides mentorship and supervision during the program

PROFESSIONAL LEVEL

Students can prepare to take certification exams† that set them apart from the competition. With standardized measurement on skills and competency, these certifications show employers that the student is ready for the job
