Caplora uses a globally recognized curriculum which is the Cambridge British Curriculum from year 1 to A Level. Our curriculum standards are high, and are based on those recognized by PISA [Programme for International Student Assessment] and OECD as world class.
We use a blend of Singapore, UK, New Zealand and Finland Standards to create unique curriculum standards that fit the needs of all international students.
Caplora has a rigorous assessment which currently include; personal reading assessments, phonic, spelling assessments, maths diagnostics and writing tasks. We personalize learning for each child by continuously assessing each child’s knowledge and understanding of the concepts taught.
We also have abroad alliances with universities in Germany, Europe, Canada and New Zealand for students who complete A Level with us.
WHAT IS STEM?
STEM is a term used to group together four academic disciplines which are; Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. It is an approach that helps students succeed in college and in their future careers as it is a hands on, problem based form of learning.
Through STEM, students develop key skills like problem solving, creativity, encourages tech use, team work etc.
At Caplora, we offer STEM as one of our skill based program. We also offer Coding and other programs that help our students get scholarships abroad.
WHY HOMESCHOOL?
Caplora is an online homeschool. Our students get to attend online classes from the comfort of their homes or anywhere they may be around the world.
Homeschooling saves time for both the parent and student. Commuting to and fro a physical is tedious and time consuming. This time can be used by the student to develop their skills, develop a bond between the parent and child amongst other things. This flexibility gives the parents freedom to fix their own schedules without worrying if the child will attend classes. There is less pressure on the parents and they have more control on the learning process of their children.
One on one teaching is among the biggest advantages of homeschooling. This is because the student gets complete and undivided attention throughout the phase of teaching which is not possible in a traditional classroom. Homeschooling has also omitted the unnecessary competition among peers, especially for students who do not thrive under pressure. It ensures the student focuses on their subjects other than their grades and as a result, even the introverted students improve on personal interactions.

The Cambridge International curriculum sets a global standard for education recognized by universities and employers globally.
The curriculum equips the student with essential skills that propel them to success in their careers.
